Omoide Yokocho

First Izakaya Stop: Begin at a cozy izakaya, an informal Japanese pub where friends gather to drink and enjoy small plates. Sake: Enjoy a glass of sake, a traditional Japanese rice wine, ranging from sweet and fruity to dry and robust. It can be enjoyed warm or cold. Oden: Sample oden, a comforting dish of ingredients like boiled eggs, daikon radish, and fish cakes simmered in a light, soy-flavored dashi broth.
