Enjoying this tasting is a truly unique experience.
The selections were made by choosing exclusively the productions of small cheese refiners and small delicatessen producers. Every single taste has a story, a link to the food supply chain that grant us authenticity. Our desire is to offer an exciting journey into the quality Culianria tradition.
We have about 400 wine labels on offer including red whites, roses and bubbles. In addition, our guests will be to taste 24 wines by the glass in self service.
The tasting beers are artisanal (more than 100), local, unique, characterized by seasonal and regional ingredients such as Iris, saffron, honey.
You are free to order from 11:30 am until 8pm.

Making a difference means searching for the best cheese refiners, small cured meats seasoners, cellars and micro breweries (more than 100!) that offer sensational sensations to your palate.
We are not a restaurant but a real delicatessen, cheese, beersshop and wine shop where, as in the past, you will taste what is sold to the locals.
The cutting boards are abundant.You will find mixed tastings of cheeses and cold cuts, different breads and / or focaccia, local honey, unique jams include 2 different wines to accompany
We offer, as an extra, a selection of beers from local microbreweries
We will not serve you at the table because we are an authentic "shop" but you can sit down yourself with your cutting board and enjoy it

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
