We carry out the collection on request, even in hotels, B&Bs, apartments or holiday homes. What To Expect
Linguaglossa
We begin our journey with a suggestive walk through the vineyards of the first winery. You will be immersed in the beauty of rural landscapes, while our experts will tell you the story behind each vine and the philosophy that guides their work. Once you return to the cellar, you will have the opportunity to savor a rich selection of fine wines. In the enchanting ancient Palmento, where tradition blends with innovation, you will taste three wines accompanied by a rich selection of local products (bruschetta, parmigiana or omelettes with 0 km products, preserves, cured meats, olives and dairy products and a hot element in seasonal rotation, such as a pumpkin lasagna or baked pasta, etc...).

Linguaglossa
We continue our food and wine journey with an immersive visit to the second winery, located among the majestic mountains of the Etna Park. Walking between the rows, you will have the opportunity to admire the Pàlici Arena, from which you can appreciate a breathtaking view of the Alcantara valley. Passing through ancient lava stone caves and spaces dedicated to grape processing, you will discover the secrets of traditional wine production. We will visit the Bottaia, where there are ancient Slavonian oak barrels and the bottling and packaging room. Led by an expert sommelier, you will taste five fine wines, accompanied by a lunch consisting of a rustic appetizer, the first of the day, sausage on the log with a side of potatoes and a typical dessert.
