Starting from Monopoli and following the SP113 provincial road towards Alberobello, after 4 minutes you will encounter two pointed white columns on the right, enter the avenue and continue straight until you find the farmhouse shown in the photo, where you will be welcomed by your guide.

What To Expect
You will meet our guide at the meeting point, who will take you on a guided tour explaining the traditional oil production process from A to Z. You will be shown Masseria Manfredi, also known as "Macchia di Casa" and its history will be explained. Afterwards we will proceed on foot into the olive grove where you can admire the monumental secular olive trees with more than 800 years! You will be able to take photos and all the characteristics of the olive tree in the Monopoli area will be illustrated, also explaining the harvesting method.

The second part of the tour takes place inside the oil mill where the machinery of the traditional line oil mill is shown and the cold pressing process of extra virgin olive oil is explained.
