Overview
As far as we are concerned, we are one of the only certified place in Tirana and all of Albania that offers a certified and standardized traditional Albanian cooking class. Guests will be able to receive a hands-on experience having fun preparing and eating traditional Albanian cuisine!

Walk up the large set of stairs that are across the street from the Taxation Dept. (green and white color scheme) and walk into the door underneath the Delicatesse sign. Please refer to the photos for more clarification :)

What To Expect
*MINIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS!*
Visitors will be given a hands-on experience into traditional Albanian cuisine. We will bring you back to our roots through a unique learning experience of our ancient culinary customs both in theory and practice! 'Master Chef' Sokol Prenga has created a unique setting and menu which allows one to get in depth into the history and journey of Albanian culinary culture from its' origins to its modern day form. Our traditional cooking classes will take about 4-5 hours, where we will take you step by step through all aspects of Albanian cuisine-appetizers, main dishes, desserts and spirits!
