Overview
Thanos and Georgia are a warm and welcoming couple with a passion for cooking, good company, photography, and crafts. During the last ten years, they have been living in the heart of nature with their 8-year-old son.
Both working in the private sector -Thanos in fiber optics and Georgia in the tourism industry- they decided to leave the bustling city of Thessaloniki and move to the old grandparents’ home, in the serene village of Exochi.
Since then, they have frequently hosted friends who come to enjoy the peaceful village atmosphere and the delightful barbecues they organize. Their excitement for meeting new people and their love for traditional food inspired them to offer a genuine taste of Greek hospitality through their cooking class.

What To Expect
Spending your evening at Thanos and Georgia’s courtyard is an ideal way to immerse yourself in the heart of rural Greek life. Step in Zorbas family village house, with its paradise garden.
Join a 2.5-hour experience, during which you will prepare local delicacies while waiting for the main course to be slowly roasted in an outdoor wood-fired oven. Let your hosts introduce you to a sustainable and independent way of living through their daily routines.
Last but not least, enjoy a rich and delicious dinner, share precious moments with Thanos and Georgia and clink your glasses! That special memory of Greece will stay forever in your heart!

Also, guests will be served two glasses of pure tsipouro per person.
