What To Expect
- Discovery of Moroccan ingredients and spices
- Preparation of a traditional Moroccan menu: vegetarian tagine or fish tagine, or chicken tagine, or couscous, or Berber tagine, salads or dessert
- Tasting of prepared dishes
- Preparation of mint tea
Moroccan cuisine is a Mediterranean cuisine characterized by its variety of dishes mainly from Berber cuisine, with Arab, Jewish and Andalusian influences.
I will take you on a journey, during your cooking class, through the culinary history of Essaouira, that of spices and the different specificities of each recipe.
