Savoring, observing and participating in the preparation of an authentic traditional Valencian paella is not available to everyone, especially for tourists who come to visit our beautiful city and its incredible surroundings. Making a traditional paella requires, apart from being cooked with traditional ingredients, cooking it with a natural orange fire, as our ancestors did and which provides such a special and outstanding flavor to this world-famous Valencian dish. a task that requires special attention and mastery, all done with a lot of passion and that few hosts offer. All in a natural environment with stunning views of the Valencian orchards in a relaxed atmosphere
This service is for a small number of people, maximum 4 people, it is a personalized service and not a mass service, feel like a special guest and enjoy our hospitality and the calm that this natural environment near Valencia offers.

What To Expect
Visit the landscapes of the orchards of Valencia. We will go to a local market (products from our own gardens) in the town of Alboraya to buy the ingredients, observe and even if you want to participate in the preparation of an authentic paella, relax before the beautiful views that my home offers and enjoy the gastronomy Valencian local.
