With this proposal we will help you discover the Magical Montserrat Mountain, located just 45 min. far from Barcelona city, through its narrow and intricate trails. Bear in mind that this is not a race, nor give prizes, nor medals, you will only get a good workout for your mind and for your legs.

Trail running is not only a good workout for your body, it is good for your mind, as well. It could be a kind of co-walkin, if you want. Running through the olive trees fields, oaks and rock shaped needles in Montserrat is a must if you are staying in Barcelona. Perfectly possible in a morning trip from Barcelona.
