As part of our reliable service, we offer courteous and experienced drivers but also a vehicle and passengers insurance coverage required by law to operate as a Tourism license and finally cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.

Once you have made a reservation with us, we will keep an open and smooth communication to assist you prior and during your arrival as well as departing to your destination. Our preferred communication means are Emails, WhatsApp for chats or calls, Waze and Google Maps. At your Port arrival or Hotel Pickup, we will wait for you holding a sign with your name to find you out easily. This is one way private trip and only you and your group will be traveling at this time.
What To Expect
Once you have made a reservation with us, we will keep an open and smooth communication to assist on your arrival as well as departing to your destination.
Our preferred communication means are Emails, WhatsApp for chats or calls, Waze and Google Maps.
At your Port arrival, we will wait for you at the pickup parking lot area, our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name.
This service is FROM Port Caldera cruises or Fiesta Hotel or Paseo de los Turistas TO SJO Airport or SJO Airport Hotels nearby area in a ratio of 8 miles or 20 kms distance.
We will be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before your departure time.
During the trip, our driver or assistant will offer you:
A report of the traffic in the area, estimated time and routes to be aware of what's going on on your way.
A courtesy bottled water or local candies will be offered as part of your welcome to Costa Rica.
We have a branded new, comfortable and secure transportation vehicle with AC, Internet WiFi, USB Port chargers, Bluetooth, recliner seats and wide open windows to make your trip more enjoyable.
Our experienced and secure drivers are fully multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish speakers that will guide and recommend you about the best Costa Rican attractions.
We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements.
Any Children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG requires the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you.
If a booster or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability)
Cancellations are subject to charges but are full refund when done 24 hours prior to your flight or can be rescheduled at your convenience as per your flight delay.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
