Overview
Join a trek on the beautiful coast of Bosa starting from Alghero, in north-west Sardinia! Our guide, among the wild nature of Capo Marrargiu surrounded by rocks and rocks, coves and Mediterranean maquis, will take you to the nearby Cala Bernardu, silent and unique, through a path traced by shepherds and animals. This impervious environment has welcomed in the decades majestic and very rare animal species including peregrine falcons, golden eagles and Bonelli’s, but the great protagonist is another raptor: the griffin. You can dive into turquoise waters where you can snorkel with our guide and marine biologist, among many varieties of fish and marine plants and you can end the day with an aperitif of typical Sardinian products with panoramic views of Alghero and Capo Caccia in the distance. What To Expect
Enjoy a unique guided trekking in the territory of Bosa with a stop for a refreshing dip and typical Sardinian aperitif.
You will trek to Cala Bernardu, discover wild nature and hidden coves, dive into turquoise waters, and explore marine life guided by an expert.
Program:
Meeting with the guide in Alghero;
Transfer of about 40 minutes for 35 km;
Start of the 5-hour trek with more stops along the way;
Stop about an hour in Cala Bernardu for snorkeling with a guide specialized in marine biology (possible depending on the weather conditions of the day);
break for local food tasting
Finally, return transfer to Alghero of about 40 minutes.
