The shared tour has set dates (every Monday and Thursday, May - October) in which it is guaranteed to start if there are at least 3 participants enlisted. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will not start. In this case, we may offer you an alternative tour. Pick up available from your accommodation in Cluj or any other spot in the city. At the time of booking, please give us the address at which we can meet you. What To Expect
Salina Turda
While visit the main gallery and three mine chambers, the guide will tell you about the ancient salt exploitation in the area, about the value of salt in the Middle ages or about the reason salt is no longer extracted here. Besides historical facts, you will be able to enjoy a huge ferries-wheel, all sort of activities (table tennis, mini golf, etc.) or riding a boat on an underground lake.

Cetatea Alba Iulia
With a history of almost 2000 years, the fortress of Alba Iulia has played key roles in successive time periods. The guide will have the chance to tell you all about the Roman castrum, the Medieval monasteries and churches and the 18th century Vauban fortifications. Nevertheless, you will learn why this town is so important for both Romanians and Hungarians. Have lunch in a restaurant.
