Overview
Join us for an unforgettable Lapland excursion, where adventure meets ethical tourism. We constantly monitor the solar activity and write daily weather reports to our Aurora Guide. If the sky is clear and solar activity is high enough, we will go to a location, where there is no light pollution and enjoy the northern lights, shooting pictures for you! But If conditions demand, we’ll get ready for an exciting expedition to chase clear skies, sometimes travelling up to 400km. We are serious with Aurora chasing and working with local Aurora Guides which had an amazing 86% catching rate last season. Some nights we might drive into Sweden to make it more fun! (only 1h away) We travel in comfortable vans and serve a delightful snack menu with a taste of Lapland during the journey. This is a great road trip and a real northern lights chase! Don't leave us alone and join us in our opening year, exploring over 300 locations in Finnish and Swedish Lapland with real Aurora Hunters!

To start our expedition easy, we invite you to join us in the lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your Aurora Hunter will be there to greet you and will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time to ensure everyone is ready to go. We look forward to sharing this adventure with you!
What To Expect
Rovaniemi
This will be an unforgettable experience for you! Our experienced team is ready to serve a true Arctic Expedition! Our Aurora chase starts two days prior by monitoring solar activity. We analyze and provide these reports to our experienced Aurora hunter, who will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to one of the 300 viewpoints in our system. We would at least go 50 km away from city centre to get rid of any kind of light pollution that might effect our display. We might wait for solar activity to arrive and onwards we start your photo-shoot with professional photographer and a high-end camera (pictures are shared in RAW format with free of charge.) We also crafted a snack menu for you to enjoy during your safari. We tend to go to Sweden (its 1hr drive) to make it more fun! Our guests gave us feedbacks that chasing the lights in 2 countries was a memory to share with their friends! Join us in our opening year and lets chase the lights together!

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
