What To Expect
Harbour Air Seaplanes
Guests should check in at the Victoria Harbour Airport terminal situated in the Inner Harbour on Wharf Street. Check-in time is 40 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure.

The Capilano Suspension Bridge is a thrilling pedestrian suspension bridge located in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Spanning 137 meters across the Capilano River, this iconic bridge offers visitors a unique and exhilarating experience as they sway above the lush greenery of the rainforest below. Offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including towering Douglas fir trees and the rushing river below, the Capilano Suspension Bridge is a must-visit attraction for adventurers and nature enthusiasts alike.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- Baggage allowance: 20 lbs. Guaranteed. Baggage weight allowance includes all baggage, including purses.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
