- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- (For Airport Pick Up) In the case of no information from you, our waiting service is maximum +3 hours since the confirmed flight arrival time - if exceeded, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
- For Airport Pick Up & Drop Off) Any delay of flight arrival or departure needs to be communicated with our hotline. at least 4 hours before the the confirmed flight arrival or departure time - we will reschedule with NO additional cost. If less than 4 hours, the service is considered cancelled with no refund.
- Meet and greet at arrival gate only, if you need first class service please refer to our other VIP-First Class Package.
- Infant seats are available upon request

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
