With this class you will learn how to prepare your gluten-free ravioli from scratch in just one hour. Chef Vary, specialized in gluten free preparations, (by obtaining a diploma from the ASL Italian Healthcare Company and from the AIC Italian Celiac Association) will be able to follow you step by step in the biggest challenge of gluten-free preparations or fresh pasta and in particular ravioli.
You will be amazed, following the simple instructions how you can make a classic of Italian cuisine respecting your gluten-free need.
You will not even need special tools but only the basic ingredients that you will find everywhere without problems.
In this lesson you will learn how to prepare the classic ravioli with ricotta and Parmesan cheese and season them with fragrant butter and sage!
You can eat them immediately or successively or maybe you can decide to freeze them so you can enjoy them whenever you want.
Chef vary will also give you precise indications to be able to prepare other ravioli recipes.
