Usually the transfer services start from a meeting point.
We want to give you the best experience and therefore, we will pick you up for your accommodation (only enabled hotels) so you do not have to worry about anything, just to get to know the vastness of the most famous Glacier on the planet, the Perito Glacier Brown.

The pick up time is from 7:15 AM or 10:30 AM (depending on whether you choose the activity without a guide or with a guide). The day before your activity you will receive by mail or at your hotel, a notice about the most precise pick up time. There is no pickup by Airbnb or private departments. In this case, you will be offered a meeting point close to your accommodation.
What To Expect
After making your reservation, it is important that you ensure that you have given us all the vital information so that we can provide your transfer correctly. What can not be missing are the following information: Name of the reservation holder, Number of passengers, and most importantly the location of your HOTEL. Remember that if you do not stay in a hotel you must PREVIOUSLY coordinate with us a meeting point so that we can provide the service, for this you can communicate with us via e-mail reservas@patagoniadreams.com.ar or also see more contact information at our website www.patagoniadreams.com.ar
The schedule that we indicate on this site is the schedule at which we begin the tour, so do not worry that a delay of up to 40 minutes is normal. We will also send you an email to your mailbox the day before reconfirming the start time in case you have undergone any modification.
The transfer includes the search for your accommodation to the Perito Moreno Glacier catwalks, returning to your hotel at approximately 5:00 p.m. This does not include tickets to the National Park. Upon return, we will leave you again in your accommodation or you can also choose to stay in the center of the city.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
