Founded in the 6th century B.C.E. and known in Antiquity as Aulona, Vlora was built in one of the most beautiful spots in southern Albania. Its shores present a unique mixture of rocky and sandy beaches. Beyond its heavenly beaches and natural wonders, the city is of historical importance for Albania, having hosted its First National Assembly, where Albania declared independence from the Ottoman Empire on November 28, 1912.

Our tour begins at the iconic "Flag Square" (Sheshi I Flamurit), the site where the Albanian flag was hoisted and independence proclaimed.

Following this, we'll explore the Ethnographic Museum, nestled in the historic Muradije neighborhood. Here, you'll delve into the traditions, attire, and furnishings typical of Albanian culture. After we will visit the Ethnographic museum, located in the Muradije old neighborhood, where we will go through habits, traditional clothes, and furniture of Albanian tradition.
