To start you book the service on this platform. We are immediately informed of your reservation and record your booking details in our system. Two days before the service we start monitoring your flight with the online information from the airport.
On the date and time of arrival, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of the airport, holding a sign with your name. Upon arrival, the driver will help you with the luggage, escort you to the car, and drive you comfortably and safely to your pre-defined destination.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
