Overview
You will enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and the charming hamlets scattered on the heights or in the valleys.
You will meet the Moti, warm and welcoming locals who’s way of life is a long row of traditions and customs, always glad to invite you at their table and to share with you their stories as old as the mountains.
You will climb the highest peak in the Western Carpathians, Bihor Peak (1849 m).
This is more than a trip. It is a journey in a fascinating world that is still unchanged, somewhere in the heart of the Western Carpathians.

Across the street from 1 Decembrie Park there is a little Profi City store. In front of this there is the place where our van is parked and we meet. Our office is at the 1st floor.

What To Expect
Day 1. From Oradea we will travel by car to Ariesului Valley. Arrive at local guesthouse, check-in rest and refreshments and then hike to Patrahaitesti hamlet. Hike in the area and visit Bucinis Waterfall. Return to the guesthouse.
Day 2. Travel by car to Casa de Piatra hamlet. From here hike to Fundul Fetzei Glade, reach Gardisoara Valley, visit Ghetar Vartop Cave. Stop by a local family's guesthouse and have a traditional lunch. Return to the guesthouse.
Day 3. Leave the guesthouse by care and travel to the point where we will start our hiking to the highest peak in the Western Carpathians, Bihorul Peak (1849 m).
Return on the same way to the car. Travel back to Oradea. End of trip.
