Come and experience an iconic Whitehaven Beach & Hill Inlet day trip, captained by a true-blue Aussie skipper.
THE EXPERIENCE: Enjoy 5 hrs at 2 beaches with an Aussie Beach BBQ lunch served on Whitehaven! Ice cold beers and drinks taken ashore for your convenience.
Participate on a Guided Bush-Walk to Hill Inlet Lookout (+ an optional walk to Whitehaven Lookout) or simply relax on the beach.
Don't forget your camera as we cruise past Daydream & Hamilton Islands as well as the full length of Whitehaven Beach.
This family owned and operated tour is hosted by Capt Dan & crew, and has been in the family since 1989.
FARE INCLUDES: BBQ lunch, stinger suits, morning & afternoon tea and transfers from your accommodation.
THE VESSEL: Indoor, outdoor and upstairs seating - the choice is yours. With a licensed bar & toilets onboard for your convenience. One of the few fast vessels you can walk around when underway.

You can choose to make your own way to Coral Sea Marina (paid parking at South end), or select the Courtesy Bus Pick up / Drop off service from your Airlie Beach accommodation. Getting from and returning to your Airlie Beach accommodation is very comfortable on board the Whitehaven Xpress courtesy transfer bus.

Whitehaven Xpress offers 2 hours on Whitehaven Beach (not too long and not too short), where you are provided with a satisfying Aussie Beach BBQ which includes steak, sausages, chilli burgers, salads and tropical fruits. (Vegetarians, Fish & Chicken diets are catered for with prior request). The Whitehaven Beach BBQ is prepared for your enjoyment under the shade of the National Park. - Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
