No boater license is required. Our team will take you through an on-water safety orientation and give you a temporary boater license that is good for the duration of your rental.

- Must be 21 to drive the boat. With a valid drivers license
- Passengers are free, and the boat can hold up to 6 people max
- If you do not have a boaters license we will issue temporary after a short competency checklist (15 minutes)
- Renter is required to sign an online rental agreement and release of liability waiver
- Pontoon Boat rentals require a credit card to place a security deposit of $1,000.00
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
