This operator-led hike of various levels is a great way to connect with nature and enjoy its therapeutic benefits. After this, supporting local vendors by trying out coconut water, local drinks, or rum at the Wingfield Sugar estate is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the local culture. Additionally, visiting the Caribelle Batik Botanical Garden for a shopping/historical tour will add another dimension to your nature walk experience.

Start our day with a rejuvenating nature walk/hike in the Central Reserve National Forest. As we immerse ourselves in the lush greenery, we'll take the time to connect with the natural world around us. Ideal for forest bathing!
Receive in-depth exploration of the flora and fauna of the area. There's so much to discover from towering giants (trees)to playful vervet monkeys! And if we're feeling adventurous, why not ascend to the stunning overlook approximately 1100ft above sea level? The panoramic views of the Wingfield Rainforest will surely take our breath away.
As we stand atop the mountain, listening to the soothing sound of water in the distance, we'll be reminded of the sheer beauty and majesty of nature. It's moments like these that make traveling so special.
To cap off our adventure, a tour of the Wingfield Estate or Caribelle Batik will provide us with even more insight into the island's history and culture. It's been an incredible day of exploration, learning, and connection, and I'm grateful to have shared it with you.
