Wednesdays and Saturdays meeting point is Espigó de bogatell. Sunday we will be behind W hotel.

What To Expect
We offer a hatha vinyasa lesson for all levels. We will be practising asana, pranayama and meditation. Lesson is abot 75 min. We meet 10 minuts before on the location sending when the booking is cinfirmed. please bring your mat and if you need to rent one, let me know in advanced.
We focus the lesson on listening the body, connect with the councious breth, calm the mind and reconnect with the heart.
