You'll find yourself in a unique studio with friendly , helpful instructors that are happy to meet you at your level. If you ever wanted to try yoga and never felt the opportunity was right, take this time to get instruction from experienced teachers that have worked in the industry for a number of years. What To Expect
We can tailor your experience to meet your level of experience . Whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the practice, we can cater to all levels . We are also happy to offer private classes or group classes. What you will love about our yoga studio is the addition of Sound Therapy. During your Shavasna, we will immerse you in the sounds of a variety of instruments that will allow you to totally relax and reach a deep meditative state. Sound therapy is a non-invasive, gentle yet powerful form of relaxation.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
