If you come by TRAM Line 4, Stop Avenida de Las Unidas. Cross the park and the road and right in front you will find us The Temple is a beautiful wooden place If you come by car you can park at the end of the Avenue of Nations and walk 3 minutes to the Temple.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What To Expect
We practice yoga; physical and mental practice where you will develop strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus.
You will leave the practice with a calm mind and renewed inside and out.
Our star work methodology is the practice of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa, a physical, mental and energetic work that naturally leads you to a healthier lifestyle.
We perform sequences with very conscious movements balancing contraction and stretching of the muscle, at a fluid pace and with a lot of focus on breathing as if it were choreography.
We work the 9 movements of the spine.
We also practice Hatha Yoga, a basic practice in this slower world at medium, high intensity.
We perform the best-known yoga postures, improving your strength, flexibility, ability to concentrate and well-being.
