Warner Brothers Abu Dhabi opened in 2018 at Yas Island and is spread across 15 hectares. It is the region’s largest indoor theme park, so huge that this space can be converted into 21 football fields. The 1.65 million square feet park is packed with 29+ action rides, 35 live characters, 16 distinctive dining options and over 22 unique shopping experiences. How Can I Get To Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi
As Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi is situated in Yas Island it is just a stone’s throw from other popular attractions like Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Yas Marina Circuit and Yas Waterworld. This huge Island is very close from Abu Dhabi International Airport and reaches in just about 10-minute. For visitors from downtown Abu Dhabi, it will take about 30 minutes to reach Warner Bros Abu Dhabi theme park.
There are also bus services from Dubai on the E11 Highway or Sheikh Zayed Road which takes around one hour to reach Yas Island. Many tour operators provide packages to Warner Bros world from Dubai which is inclusive of transportation.
Warner Brothers Abu Dhabi Opening Hours
Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi is open on all seven days of the week. On weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) it’s open between 11:00am to 7:00pm and on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) it’s open between 11:00am to 8:00pm.
Timings may vary during festivals and special occasions like during Ramadan time the theme park opens only between 11:00am to 6:00pm and post-Ramadan from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
A Little Information About The Six Zones
Warner Bros Abu Dhabi is divided into six interesting zones with each zone having its own charm and uniqueness.
Warner Bros. Plaza – This zone is designed specially to showcase Hollywood of olden days. This is the first space you will see once you enter the theme park. One can feel the golden age of Hollywood while here. Both sides of the street in this zone are lined with different restaurants, cafés, shops and stages for live shows.
Cartoon Junction – The attractions here are mostly kid-friendly. It’s a playful land where you can meet your favorite characters and enjoy loads of entertaining rides.
Dynamite Gulch – This amazing landscape brings one face to face with Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner on the Fast & Furious roller coaster. There are rides that allow you to fly your own spaceship and some that challenge you to put a broken rocket ship back into orbit.
Gotham City – This is where you will get to know how Batman saves Gotham city. Come and experience the many stalls, rides and games all with a special Gotham City twist. There are many places to eat, drink and shop too.
Metropolis – This zone is popularly called The City of Tomorrow. The home of Clark Kent and the world of Superman is perfectly recreated here. Rides like Battle for Metropolis, Warworld Attacks, Galactic Odyssey and the Teen Titans Training Academy for making of little superheroes are here.
Bedrock – The final land in the park is Bedrock which is the home of the prehistoric family ‘The Flintstones.’ Explore the pre-historic age of mankind by going on a boat ride through prehistoric suburbia.

Big Belly Burger in the Metropolis area serves great burgers, hotdogs and waffles.
Bronto Burger and Ribs restaurant in Bedrock serves tasty falafel burgers, fried chicken strips and sticky ribs.
Starlight Restaurant in the town square area of the park serves delicious a la carte options.
La Trattoria, also in town square, serves a variety of sandwiches, delicious cakes, pastries, pizzas, pasta and salads.
Apart from the many rides and attractions there are plenty of chances to meet and greet your favorite characters across the park too. To add more fun to the theme park, Warner Bros has confirmed that they will be adding Harry Potter-themed land soon to its existing six. There is no specific dress code to enter the theme park but all guests are expected to wear respectful clothing when inside the park.
