What To Expect
Church of St. Euphemia
This impressive barocque church is located in the heart of historical part and represents symbol of Rovinj. The relics of Saint Euphemia are preserved in a Roman sarcophagus from the sixth century (but adapted in the 15th century). The church contains several treasures and works of art: Gothic statues from the 15th century, paintings from the 16th and the 17th centuries: Last Supper and Christ in the Gethsemane.

Rovinj
Rovinj is located on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, it is a popular tourist resort and an active fishing port. The town is officially bilingual, Croatian and Italian, hence both town names are official and equal. Today it holds a title of one of few pearls of Croatian coast and is aworded as champion of Croatian tourism many times in last decades.
