Overview
San Juan del Sur is a city on the southwest coast of Nicaragua. It is known for its stretch of beaches on the Pacific, such as Maderas Beach, with its strong breaking waves, and Marsella Beach, which is quieter. On a cliff above the city bay stands a contemporary statue of Christ. Near a stream on the outskirts of the city is an ancient petroglyph. La Flor Natural Reserve is located south along the coast and is a nesting site for olive ridley turtles.

San Juan del Sur
We'll travel to San Juan del sur for realaxing and enjoying the beach, our first stop is the statue of Jesus of Mercy located on the top of the highest hill of the bay, here we will have an amazing panoramic view, then we will know its port and the commercial area of the town. Located in the bay of the same name, 140 kilometers from the city of Managua and 29 kilometers from the city of Rivas. This port receives international ships and cruise ships, which anchor half a nautical mile from the dock, at a depth of 10 meters. The bottom is suitable for good anchoring, which allows safe anchoring. You will also enjoy a deliciuos lunch in the magnificient Hotel Villas de Palermo Resort,. As well we'll have a stop for those who are looking for surfing and relaxing on almost virgen beaches, and swim in the waters of the bay of San Juan del Sur under a beautiful sunset.
