The 2.5 km-long beaches is known for its fine powdered white sand flanked by swaying coconut palms that extend from Bogmalo to Cabo de Rama along the coastline. Along with shacks, nightclubs and souvenir stalls, Colva Beach is also popular for water sports like paragliding, swimming, jet-skiing, snorkelling, speed boat rides and banana boat rides. The beach is about half a kilometre long but is part of a longer 25 km stretch along the warm Arabian Sea. Often mistaken for a private beach, Mobor Beach is a 2-kilometre-long picturesque beach strip situated on the southern coast of Goa, at the delta of River Sal. Mobor Beach is a unique beach with water on three sides and is known as one of the rare party beaches in south Goa. You can opt for dolphin spotting cruises, high board diving, bird spotting and cruising along the river Sal at this stretch of peaceful sun and sand. Or just take a walk on the soft and light sand barefoot, and savour the delicacies served in the beach cafes.
