Wadi Musa, meaning "Valley of Moses," is a town located in the Ma'an Governorate in southern Jordan. It serves as the administrative hub of the Petra Department and is the nearest town to the famous archaeological site of Petra. Wadi Musa offers a variety of hotels and restaurants catering to tourists. About 2 kilometers (1 mile) from the town is the important B'doul settlement of Umm Seyhoun.
