The driver arrives at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. They may contact the customer via phone call or by WhatsApp and holding a placard under Guest name on meeting point .
The driver follows all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring a smooth and secure ride.
The driver informs the customer upon reaching the drop-off location.
The driver assists the customer with unloading any luggage or belongings from the vehicle.
